Stage Play for Schools and Theatre Groups

The Legend of the Goose girl schools project is completely free to schools, theatre directors and other similar responsible adults to engage with.

The object of the exercise is to enable teachers and the children they teach to be the first to read, discuss and have as much fun as possible with The Legend of the Goose girl; a brand new children’s story, set a long, long time ago, when the peaks were still covered with ice and snow and dragons and monsters roamed the land, chased by St George spear in hand.

I hope the project inspires groups variously. I envisage schools enjoying something refreshingly new to read and study together. I hope that will lead to an explosion of creativity in the schools. Maybe it inspires art works, fancy dress days or even school plays?

The second object of the schools project is to encourage young people to reach out to, and engage with, their local RSPB, WWT and similar organisations; and to check out and interact with their local groups. I think these interactions will prove variously beneficial to all concerned; engaging with nature and trying to understand creation is very inspiring. Enabling and protecting creation is very sensible.

Have lots of fun; engage with the Legend of the Goose girl web site and please give us feed back. We would love to meet you and support you, in any way we can.
